Brochure includes the cover photos and detailed descriptions of the sites you could see from the observation deck of the twin towers. The brochure isn't dated but it lists the cost of an NYC subway fare as 50 cents which would date it sometime from 9/2/75 to 6/27/80 which is when fares were 50 cents).Brochure has some wear on the back cover, an approximately 3" split along one of the seams, and light wear on the bottom.
